@RailMadad @RailMinIndia traveling on 12306 the food delivered for dinner was absolutely stale,without salt.The food was so bad that almost everyone in our coup in A6 couldn’t eat properly

When I reiterated by saying that's his job,he got me a bill mentioning standard meal(that consists of two types of potato curry, some dal and a sweet). May i know why is no chart on the rate of the food and yes traveling in B1 made me reslise no cleaning is done

@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva @RailwayNorthern traveling in Sachkhand exp (12716) in B1(pnr 2937251411; ordered one Veg meal supposedly at Rs.150/(as per delivery person wore tshirt with irctc logo),but when asked for bill,he told me to go to pantry by myself to collect the bill!

@ranujainrj @MyNykaa @MyNykaa @jagograhakjago as per consumer protection act 2019, charging a carry bag with merchant/ brand's logo on it is coming under Unfair trade Pratice. Pls look into it

Hey @MyNykaa, I just noticed I was charged ₹15.3 for a carry bag with your logo on it. Charging customers to act as your free advertising is an unfair trade practice according to multiple consumer court rulings in India. #nykaa #ConsumerRights #unfairtradepractice
