My thoughts on Apex's Live Program: Like 99% of you, I too am not a fan of what I have seen so far, I trust that it will be reworked after hearing a lot of feedback from affiliates and from traders. Here is what I think it should look like: Drawdown should be figured based on how many accounts and what size: 25k = $500 DD per account 50k = $1000 DD per account 100k = $1200 DD per account 150k = $1500 DD per account So if you have 20 50k accounts transitioning to live you get 20k DD. The other elephant in the room that needs to be addressed is moving people Live after 1,2 or 3 payouts, it was promoted that you can get 6 payouts before you get moved Live. Traders need to trust that they can get to 6 payouts before getting moved to live. The issue is, how do you handle traders that get 1-2 payouts, blow up and then rinse/repeat? I propose a rolling 12 month payout cap, maybe 500-600k and once you hit this amount in any rolling 12 month period you will get transitioned to live if you reach the buffer. What happens with your remaining balance? Im conflicted on this, I would be ok with a vault if the previous things mentioned happen.. 🤷 Apex is the first Prop firm I ever tried and they are my first love, and all I want is for Apex to be great again, so I hope they take this as constructive feedback. A lot of people are reacting to the situation with @TakeProfitLLC , but very few are speaking objectively...just picking a random side lmfao Here’s the reality: Every futures prop firm has rules, risk models, payout conditions, and compliance standards that traders agree to before participating... Take Profit Trader has publicly disclosed: • Their PRO accounts are simulated • Their PRO+ accounts are live • Their payout structures • Their consistency/risk requirements • Their broker/data-feed relationships None of this is hidden....for any prop..specially the GOATS of Daily Payouts. People are acting like enforcing risk controls or investigating suspicious behavior somehow equals “scam” — but risk management is literally the foundation of every prop firm in existence, every trader in existence and any active income business lol If firms allowed unchecked abuse, copy trading, rule manipulation, payout farming, or coordinated exploitation, the entire model would collapse for legitimate traders who make life changing money or income from these leveraged tools called prop firms. And let’s be honest: A trader being upset after losing access to payouts does NOT automatically mean the company acted improperly.....usually it's quite the opposite There are always two sides: • what gets posted publicly for engagement and in my experience is never ever the route that's going to get you the best results, just rally a bunch of X Shit posters who are unprofitable. • and what happens internally regarding terms, data, compliance, account behavior, and risk review The trading industry already has enough misinformation and emotional outrage farming. What matters is: • transparency • consistency of rules • actual payout history • customer support - YES, we have even brought up these issues in the past, which have been wildly improved. • operational longevity TPT has thousands of traders, public testimonials, automated payouts, clear disclosures, and a long operational track record in the futures prop space. No prop firm is perfect. No trader is perfect either. But there’s a huge difference between: “a trader disagrees with a decision” and “a company is fraudulent.” People should wait for facts before trying to publicly destroy a business or weaponize social media against an entire company. Let's not sit here and pretend that a Prop firm Giant and pillar in this industry is going to allow a trader to abuse CME rules. I love all these prop firms for what they offer to the retail trader, the single mom and the random kid who wants a different path...Daily Payouts change lives at @TakeProfitLLC and the gamers ruin it. Simple.
