Goodness, I think the best thing about reading these kinds of books and novels is that, yes, even though there is some erotisim, there are still plenty of acts of love, trust, drama, and meaning to believe that no matter what hardships youve gone through, there can be someone out there who will love you and understand you. Trust you, build something with you, and even get jealous cutely over the little things. Someone who has the gift of understanding you no matter what and who loves you for you. Funny how novels like these reel you in with naughty stuff, but it's even more fun when the situations and actions feel real. They feel justified, and it feels like the connections between the characters grow so much that you care about them being together. I know it's a bit of reading too far into things, but it's one of the reasons I love these sorts of stories. I may have had some bad relationships in my life, whether either of us was the cause or even been given trauma because of them. It makes me happy to see what real love could be. 💚 I want to have that one day, to meet someone who really knows how to make me feel that way. Not just sex or anything like that, but the means of truly understanding each other's feelings and being there for someone. When all you want to do is be there and give to the other. Sex is a bonus, not the main attraction for me anymore. ^^ And it makes me happy knowing that. How building something together creates that love, and how it can make you happy as a team. It makes me so happy when im down, and makes me feel like there's still plenty of hope for me.
