When I was in the US I didn’t really know what the “gravy” was and I asked if it was vegetarian and the waitress looked at me like I’d just asked if I could shoot her dog

@moontreezone That’s a pork sausage gravy. It’s made with lard, ground pork, salt, pepper, flour, and water. Optionally also includes mushrooms. Poor people will supplement other fats or oils sometimes. Typically vegetable oil or crisco.

nice new beta feature in Ableton where you can write your own extensions using their new SDK, wrote a little one for my brother which lets you duplicate tracks and remove all their clips at the same time, cool little time saver
