EXCITING NEWS: On 10th August the 1st ever Gosport Strongest Competition will be held in Walpole Park, Gosport. A fantastic opportunity to watch & cheer on 75 professional athletes competing for the title of Gosport’s Strongest Man and Women. We will receive all Ticket Sales.

It is OCD Awareness week from 10-16th October 2023 and we want to highlight how it can be difficult to manage sometimes, but talking through things with a counsellor can really help.
