A lot of our customers prefer to pay by credit card. Our bank requires a 3.5% fee to do this. I inform the customer about the fee….a lot of these tickets are $1,000s of $$$ Credit card fees over $100….they still insist instead of using a check for the “points” At 1.5% points, they still lose. Why?!? @westoplexgarage

@eddiebauer I purchased a coat a month ago that is defective and covered under warranty. Unfortunately the best answer I received is “yes this is covered under warranty, but we do not have the coat anymore so we can give you a credit for 50% of the clearance price of the coat.” Ridiculous

Housing owned publicly or co-operatively can cost however much it needs to be maintained Landlord or investor housing must make more than it costs to turn a profit, far more if allowed. How are people who profit from making housing cost more going to deliver affordable housing?
