@Mappy6984 I taught math for 15+ years…. Even in long division never ever used the word remainder….. In this example the answer stated is 1127 r 5 …. Kids think that is 1127 plus 5 more - it is not. Always made the kids write it 1127 5/7…. Good way to introduce/emphasize fractions.
