Being a woman and running a business is not easy. I have to: - manage home and team together - make tough calls every day - stay strong when things break - keep going without support And still people call it normal.

More women should get into business: - stay calm under pressure - mix logic + intuition - higher empathy - more calculated risks Business today rewards trust and consistency. Women are wired for both.

Working with your husband is not easy. He loves you. But he is also your boss. Work does not stop. Even at dinner. You are the wife at home. Co-founder at work. Same person. Two roles.

People congratulate me on my business. They never congratulated me on the effort. The busy days, the down times.. the days that got us where we are today. That's how the world runs.

Leaving my job was the hardest decision of my life. I knew nothing about business. And I was scared: - What if I fail? - What if I regret? - What if I lose myself? But, @pradeepkannanj believed in me. And I'm writing this today to tell you all that: It worked out pretty well.
