NEW: Independent TDs Sean Canney, Marian Harkin, and ‘Boxer’ Moran have confirmed they will vote confidence in the Government. Barring any backbench rebels, the Government has secured the 87 votes they need to win the vote.

I have spoken to the protesters today. They are willing to allow 10 loads of fuel out of Whitegate today for emergency services. This could increase tomorrow if there are positive results from the talks today. The government must engage.

A Garda Operation is ongoing at Whitegate Refinery to ensure critical supplies of fuel to maintain critical emergency public services, including Ambulance and Fire Services. Garda Public Order Units have been deployed. Blockaders must comply with Garda directions.
