Last week was a little challenging for our Team @UHP_NHS . Our APs received a huge amount of gratefully received thanks from managers & clinicians however, within the clinical setting our amazing admin support are often forgotten. So a huge shout out and THANK YOU @SuSuebentley01

So today I received the news that I have testicular cancer. Staging scan completed and referred to Urology Cancer MDT. Date of surgery TBC +/- chemotherapy So thankful for a truly brilliant #NHS

@DrLindaDykes I’ve met many people who tell me that they’ve been having ‘ visions’ for years. If they’re trouble by them, I advise to reduce meds. If not, and sometimes ‘visions’ give them comfort, I watchful wait.

Q for psychiatry colleagues I’ve been pondering for the past 3 years, since doing home visits to patients whose houses are 500+ years old… if someone believes in ghosts (I.e. culturally normal for them) does that figure in m differential for visual or auditory hallucinations? 🤔
