Everything is a mess. Riot is working on too many things at once:MMO, League Next, series, movies, game modes. Meanwhile ASUs/VGUs and skins barely get content and the quality is terrible. The balance team is dogshit. Artists are getting fired and gacha is their main money source

Do you guys remember how it took like 3 fucking years for Skarner's rework to be released? People are having content fatigue because at this rate we are only getting skins every 3 days but once in a blue moon we get proper new content, and it's a hit or miss. Shyvana is a miss.
