@AlaskaAir Today, at MSP, I suffered a severe PTSD crisis @ your ticket counter. I asked four times for privacy. All were denied. I was left crying on the floor, in front of hundreds of ppl for more than two hrs. I was told, “we don’t offer that.”

@AlaskaAir No. I do. It is appalling. It is horrific. It is traumatizing. It is dehumanizing. It is cruel. It is embarrassing. It is humiliating. And I will be scarred, for life, by what occurred today.

@AlaskaAir I get to do it all again tomorrow. Undoubtedly, if it goes anything like today, I will have to cxl the entire thing and go back to Michigan.

@AlaskaAir I don’t know what’s wrong at Alaska. But this trip was a moment to begin healing in a place that’s very dear to me. I spent the last hrs cxling my itinerary, crying in an airport hotel room at MSP.

@AlaskaAir I assume PTSD is a disability. I can’t even fathom treating a disabled person like that. I can’t fathom watching a person cry on the floor for two hrs. I can’t fathom denying the basic comfort of privacy.

@AlaskaAir I’d guess more than a 1000 ppl watched. Nobody deserves that. Nobody. Before I left, I told my doctor, 75% of me is excited. 25% of me is terrified. I don’t understand how ppl can be so tone deaf and cruel.

@AlaskaAir PTSD is a real illness. Trauma is real. I not only had 1, but 2 nuclear breakdowns with your supervisor. It was beyond humiliating / degrading. No human being should be treated like that.

@AlaskaAir I don’t think I can do this right now. I’m crying / traumatized. This was a trip of a lifetime that took 2 yrs to plan. Your team blew that up today in an afternoon. I just want to say…

@ AlaskaAir. I had to leave. There was nowhere to go. I cried for two hrs in the entrance vestibule / chair / slumped in a corner 100 feet from the ticket counter. It was beyond horrendous / traumatizing.

@AlaskaAir I need confirmation of tomorrow's reservation and executive level assistance to ensure I do not have another traumatizing experience. I politely ask for assistance / guidance.
