@omvig @NordicTrack @onepeloton We are dealing with the same thing. Our @NordicTrack treadmill just completely broke less than 2 years after purchasing. We cannot get any customer service help - I prefer Peloton workouts anyway - and am really wishing I had just bought the Peloton equipment too.

@NordicTrack I’ve gone through 2 treadmills. They both broke within a year if of owning them. I’m now told that Nordic Track won’t help us fix our second one. I’m switching to @onepeloton tomorrow. Your customer service is not acceptable.
