ہے ایسی وحشت کے تُم سمجھ بھی نہ پاؤ کبھی ہم فقط سایوں سے سہمیں اور وہ مرد ذات سے فہد Dear men, never be the reason fear enters a woman’s heart. Let your character reflect gentleness, dignity and honour, for true strength is found in making others feel safe, respected, and valued.

Every Muharram, some people spend more time criticizing Shias than remembering Imam Hussain (a.s.). If you claim to love the Prophet (PBUH) and the Ahlul Bayt, then demonstrate that love. Lead the way in honoring Imam Hussain (a.s.), instead of making Shias your annual obsession

One thing I really really love about the Shia creed, and see as a great source of power for this belief system, is the fact that, despite its story beginning in betrayal, and a righteous and deserving leader and his followers falling victim to cynical abuse of usurped power - the Shia belief is not about revenge, getting back is not one of its core values; justice and fighting oppression is. And this makes a world of difference. When the Shia say 'everywhere is Karbala and every day is Ashura', they are not looking to balance out an old injury: they mean: we must always resist oppression, and not become oppressors ourselves. Everything is important; justice must be part of every decision, and we never agree to normalize evil. I could equate this saying with the Jewish 'never again is now', and how it is being used in precisely the opposite way: not as a way to defend humanity, but to justify atrocities against people who resist Jewish domination. You will never hear this message in Shia. By keeping their faith centered not on revenge, but on justice, the Shia created an amazing connection between deeply felt collective pain and a drive to right wrongs in the world that is inherent to the very core of the religious practice. As someone who grew up inside the unbelievably vengeful world of Judaism, I see and experience this decidedly different approach not only as psychologically and philosophically right and brilliant, but as a way to actually heal the world

Shab e Ashoor is a night of profound choices. Hussain put out the candles n gave his people the freedom to leave n Hurr used his freedom to return,he walked from darkness into eternal light. This night belongs to anyone searching for their moment of clarity.May we all find our way

A man in Pakistan invented an electric glove & electric ring for women in buses. He said it’s because women get touched and teased so they can easily taser the men, and their hands will be numbed for about 2-3 hours.

Hazrat Abbas (AS) was the strength of Imam Hussain (AS) in Karbala. His courage was so great that even thousands of enemies feared him. Despite his intense thirst, he refused to drink water from the Euphrates, choosing loyalty to Imam Hussain (AS) and the thirsty children over his own life. His bravery, sacrifice, and devotion remain unmatched to this day.
