aside from all the other hagiographic aspects of that movie it always rubbed me the wrong way the actor they cast to play Dr. Dre (Corey Hawkins) is significantly darker-skinned than Dre is irl so he looked nothing like him. bizarre choice

@UBS this is a lie. I love basketball, played, coached, refereed. Complete freak. I don’t buy Nike anymore because progressiveness is now their brand, not sports. Plain and simple. NBAs whack politics also stopped me from attending games or watching on TV, but I like the players(Other than LeBron). The problem is a combination of Nike, Silver and “King” James. Fix the activism and maybe fans like me will return. Today I buy Origin, Carhartt, Merrill and Poncho.
