I believe it is against the law to provide anything to an illegal. I think that’s aiding and abetting. To provide this is agait State and Federal Law. Whoever provides refuge go to prison. It doesn’t matter if you are Governor, Mayor, Hotel owner, or just a person the AG should be going after lawbreakers. “No One Is Above The LAW.
