Keir Starmer is shameless in his m rush to brand Wednesday’s Golders Green incident an “antisemitic terrorist” attack. That narrative has unraveled the alleged assailant was in a severe mental‑health crisis, had prior convictions dating back years, and had recently left psychiatric care; one of his three victims was Muslim. Footage of two Met officers repeatedly kicking him has prompted serious questions about excessive force, and the way the police defended those actions sounded more like political theatre than a measured response. The attempt to cast this as a foreign‑backed, ideologically driven attack — and to tie it to pro‑Palestine protests — now reads as an irresponsible scam. It is very sinister when mainstream media, politicians and parts of the security establishment align with pro‑Zionist political interests to exploit a tragedy like this; all to erode civil liberties to further their political agendas. The public should demand an independent inquiry into our politicians — including full disclosure of any funds they receive from foreign states — along with greater transparency from the Metropolitan Police and robust protections for civil liberties and the right to protest.
