I will create an instagram account tomorrow just for the business and to connect with some ecombrand owners

What do you guys suggest me to do in order to get clients? My step for step plan at the moment is: 1. Cold E-Mail 2. Call 3. Follow up E-Mail should I try physical marketing as well? (example flyer in the tweet) Should I try social media marketing? -> LinkedIn -> Insta

Day 9: I did some more research about chatbots in general to offer more services to potential clients. I sent out some cold mails again and did some more market research.

Day 8: I just sent out some cold E-Mails. In my opinion they will not be that effective. My plan is to give the recipients a call afterwards and follow up emails. Everything is set up. Lets see how it will turn out and if we can close our first client in february.

It’s harder than I thought to start this business. But everybody would do it if it would be easy. A lot of stuff I need to do I never thought about. Having a hard time with stripe right now xd

Got 40 contacts by now. I will need more but let’s try it out. Maybe we hit a lucky one. I will keep you guys updated.

Day 7: doing some more market research today. What’s the goal? 1. Get at least 50 contacts 2. Set up 2-3 different Email approaches 3. Set up a automatic follow up email I will reach out to 10 contacts first. I will give them a call afterwards. Lets see how it turns out.

Day 6: Got everything set up right now. Today I was gathering some more information about the implementation on different websites + I set up a list of potential costumers. I will reach out to them this week and hopefully sign my first client

I am pretty happy with the website right now. Booking appointments is working and I am ready to launch.

Day 5: Today I will finally finish the website + the Demo site for my chatbot. I also need to setup an excel document to stay in touch with the overall cost of the project. In my head I will start promoting my business mid of next week. We will see if I can stay in that range.

Day 4 was not as planned but I created a domain business email and so on. So mostly organizing the next steps. I will be ready to launch mid of next week. Hope to get the first client till the end of February. LFG we will see how it all turns out I will make it!

Back to work again. I am firstly finishing the website. After that I will set up another site for the implementation of the demo. Be excited!

Day 4: Starting off with the 9 to 5 again. Today is rest day so no gym today. As soon as possible I will demo the Chatbot at my own landing page. Secondly I will get some knowledge about hosting and domains in general to use this knowledge for my own website.
