hello! gen ques huhu, paano po i claim yung physical ticket if iba yung username or account name sa card na ginamit pag purchase sa SM Tickets?

@kgthn_ @SBretmanStone Hello! Wala po. Print mo lang yung e-tix from smtickets account mo, then i-fillout mo na yung nasa babang part, tapos punta ka na sa any sm cinemas para palitan nila ng physical tix. :)
