🚨 Woman fatally shoots man during argument over a parking space at North Lauderdale Walmart, claims self-defense.
62-year-old Bart Diguglielmo was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon in the parking lot of the Walmart.
According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, he and a woman got into a verbal dispute over a parking spot.
The woman warned him to walk away before she opened fire. She stayed at the scene, cooperated with detectives, and claimed she acted in self-defense. The shooting was captured on video by a witness and a nearby Tesla.
Diguglielmo was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No charges have been filed yet as the investigation continues.
These kinds of disputes turning deadly are becoming too common. What could have Bart Diguglielmo have done differently to avoid this?
