夏に向けて運動、減量を再開しました 前回は極端にやり過ぎてドクターストップかかったのでやり過ぎないようにします 朝の時間がとっても暇なので10時からのイベントでやってる運動に積極的に参加してからジムに行こうと思います！ プール6月まで休業だから悲しみ 夜はウォーキングランニング 頑張！
