They lose to one habit: Cut corners to cut price → Finish gets worse → Quality drops → Materials get cheap Then we wonder why buyers doubt us. The truth is: India isn't behind on quality. We just underprice ourselves. When we choose pride over discounts, "Made in India" won't need defending. It will speak for itself.

I hate my Mom and but i love her too, she killed my first business, i wont let her kill my business anymore. Crazy story! My mom gave me my first business lesson when i was 10. I did my first successfull business when i was 10 years old, yes, 2007 ( 7th standard, 1995 kids have it easy, 2007 -> 7th standard, 2008 -> 8th standard, 2012 -> 12th standard etc ) Ok but here is the sauce. We lived in a "Gated" Community, called Kendriya vihar, bunch of buildings and small flats, we had a christmas event in the community center. I always had this urge to make money, kids were participating in dance & other performances, i also wanted to be part, but i hate dancing, i like watching people dance thats different, art hai dancing bhi. So what i did, i loved playing with mouzer guns ( charre waali yellow balz ) and going to mela and shooting balloons, I got a table, setup some food ( prize, pastries and samosas, 200 rs mein leke aya bahut saare, udhar leke papa se paise ), then blew a lot of small ballons, and stuck them to the wall, ( preparation took me around 6-8 hours ) Then the event started kids came in they wanted to play, one chance priced at 10rs, if you shoot 3 balloons you get free food ( almost no one actually could ) So, i felt the food is being wasted, and looked delicious i also suggested you can just buy it, so people also started buying food, ( upselling stuff you know "jargons" ) By the time food and charra for gun was over, 90% baloons were unused, and i made around 750 INR in porfits, I came home, my mom was shocked, she thought i scammed people, which i think i kind of did at that time, and said society waale kya bolenge paise kama raha community event se, and she made me return all the money to society managers. ( ez money for the managers, all the credit for the event they got ez pz ) And i was angry for months, i mean, i was being told study well, go to school, go to IIT, you have to make a life for yourself, becuase IITians make a lot of money. and i was like thats what i was literally doing???? But anyway, lesson learned the hard way, these days i realised achha hua, jo hota hai acche ke liye hota hai. 20 saal se business karne ki aise chool hai, ki mere se accha business koi kar bhi nai payega. And now with OPUS 4.5 + AGI & NoobBook ( all the managers / not leaders ) The managers will be up for a rude awakeing, asli dhande waale arahe hain silicon valley this decade. and this decade belongs to us.
