BREAKING Donald Trump postpones all airstrikes on Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure for a five day period. US president said that, over last two days, Washington and Tehran had “very good and productive conversations regarding a complete and total resolution of our hostilities in the Middle East”. Trump had said on Saturday he was giving Iran 48 hours – until 11.44 GMT tonight – to open strait of Hormuz or US would “obliterate” energy sites. Iran had threatened to “completely destroy” essential infrastructure across Middle East in retaliation. A significant de-escalation but unclear whether it leads to proper off-ramp.

@JRCooper26 It was crap but we’ve had tons of bad games. Derby in playoffs, Soton at Wembley,. Millwall in the cup. Histon, Blackpool, Sunderland recently. League One was packed with dire games. Ken Bates and Cellino. Tonight was just dire but we’ve a history full of worse than this.
