@rohdester Meanwhile if you use Delphi or C++Builder, you still have the native Windows look around that classic API almost every app uses. And code from years ago works. And code from today will keep working.

At this time MS is working on WinUI3. And this time they promise us it will be awesome! Let's hope so.

MAUI has been delayed and delayed. And is full of bugs. Many developers don't really wanna bet on yet another GUI framework. And internal teams are using Electron for many things because of lacking MS frameworks. That should tell you something.
