@rootpilot General tips: drawing in pen to build line quality and confidence (no sketchiness), not worrying about shading or rendering until I could accurately draw lines, and just seeing how other artists draw specific things (eyes, hands, etc) and iterating on their ideas

I really wish drawing had been taught to me in a fun way instead of in the most miserable way imaginable. It really is fun once a few things click, but it took so many years for them to click for me because I was approaching it based on how I was taught in highschool
