Happy National Coming Out day. It’s truly tragic when you have to hide yourself from the world out of fear, and we need to remember to celebrate how scary but powerful it can be to free yourself.

I am emotionally exhausted. Everything happening in this world is putting me on a rollercoaster of anguish. I feel guilty for being so fortunate to feel safe and know my family is also. However, We must unplug, separate, and focus on ourselves, our family, and our work. I think it's fair to say that Homo sapiens will sadly always start wars, and living in anguish is part of our existence.(please see last 165,000 years) When you're so focused on everything else, you don't have enough time for yourself. The second verse is same as the first.
