I've had five flights get cancelled since Friday to get home, due to the snowpocalypse in the midwest/south. I was starting to get concerned about the safety of my pets (power outages, etc.). My @RoverDotCom sitter just risked their own safety to go make sure that my little ones were okay. What a badass! Definitely giving them a FAT tip! 1000/10 service and care

@RoverDotCom One of your banned users from Rover app is currently circumventing their way back into your app by using another person’s account for their dog sitting operation. They have banned since December 2025-January 2026. That’s the only hint I will be give to you, Rover. :)

@RoverDotCom hey so rover this is unacceptable. Not only did I still not get refunded for this entire mess, I had to pay twice as much I already paid rover to get my dogs out of impound because of your carelessness. Also the sitter stole over $100 of brand new dog supplies.

Is 16 hours of dog neglect worth only a $50 credit? @RoverDotCom thinks so. My dogs were left crated for 16hrs, soiled themselves, and were let out off-leash. Now Rover is hosting a retaliatory review from the sitter that contains physical lies about my home’s security.

@RoverDotCom case number 25567507. Had one of the most traumatizing experiences with a rover sitter and disappointing outcome by rover. We rehired a sitter that we previously hired before since she was attentive and responsive. But this time she left my dog alone for HOURS (1)

@RoverDotCom There’s more than like eight pets in the house and half of them get out of control or runs loose and even attack each other throughout the house. And I am sick of seeing this employer/sitter attack my close ones and literally get away with it just like that.

@RoverDotCom Your rover employee pushed a close one trying to attack me last night. Both me and the close one tried making a police report. I cannot take your Rover stuff. Your employee confined everyone in the house from getting through the front door limited back door.
