The @runablazeIA men finished 19th team race at #ClubXC in Bethlehem, Pa. Ryan Root was leader in 52nd place in 32:16 for 10k. @bwhalen21 was 72nd in 32:45, Cody Baele 73rd in 32:45. @Tri_Guy51 was 223rd in 34:23 and @k2_themountain 313th in 35:26.

At Indian Summer Distance Classic 10 mile in Solon, @runablazeIA's @NateHoppTFXC of West Amana was overall winner in 54:00. He won by 4:49 over Cary Richey of Cedar Rapids.
