So a triple killer who also r@ped a pregnant woman before killing her is being hailed a some sort of god and hero for the attack on Ian Huntley, I mean I don’t feel a shred of sympathy for Huntley but come on people give your heads a shake, they're both henious individuals.

@JaymieIcke Maybe in America but bases in the UK are just surrounded by barbed wire fences with guards at gates. I don’t know what you’re expecting, but 100s of armed soldiers definitely don’t patrol our bases and especially not that one. He’s just a sicko who got caught. Suspect post this.

Reading about this week's attack on Ian Huntley has brought that whole period back to the forefront of my mind. I remember it well. I was 10 at the time, and I remember every TV screen being dominated by that photo for days and days. I can't help but think there is more to know about what happened. I'm in no way suggesting I think Huntley is innocent, but the fact they were found so close to a US air base always bothered me. I've been near US bases in both the UK and US, and the security is insane, you can't get close at all without being asked questions or appearing on cameras. That's also been the thing that's bugged me about it, like there is something more to know.
