@g_Data2015 @95MiracleMs @SodoMojoFS Probably not the best example when talking about keeping players healthy...

@95MiracleMs @SodoMojoFS Shoot... Lincecum in 2013 threw 148 pitches for a no no.

We can announce that Gerhard Struber has been relieved of his duties as Bristol City Head Coach.
Roy Hodgson will take charge of the Men’s First Team until the end of the season, while the club will task the incoming Sporting Director with appointing a permanent Head Coach for the 2026/27 campaign.
The club’s recent performances have not met expectations and therefore Struber and Assistant Head Coach Bernd Eibler will leave with immediate effect.

English

@TheExiledRobin Say that Ross and Jason go, the club would have a hell of a lot work to do. Would need players in through the door at essentially every position on the pitch bar... left back?
English

@ryankeepstryin No, I’m interested as to what the club’s policy will be this summer on that front

Daily Record with some inside info….or possibly just wild speculation!

@bcfcpezza Especially after the interview with Lansdown in January, where he defended pretty much everything about the club, what happened?!
English

@TheExiledRobin Agree, but we also knew McNally wasn't going to play in January, so playing a back 3 with no backups seems a bit suicidial? Unprecedented level of injuries of course, but they haven't mitigated the risk at all.
English

@RobinNestBCFC Him and McCrorie imo. McCrorie does so much of the heavy lifting with getting the ball up the pitch, also one of our best finishers.
English

The more I think about it the more I think Rob Atkinson is the single most important player in our team given the current squad structure

English

@RobinNestBCFC @liam_fowler More specifically, not my own son and a man who might just be the worst manager the club has ever had 😂
English

@liam_fowler Hire very good people to do it for me and give them a decent amount of money to attract the level of players that we want
English

@ohdontcry @TheExiledRobin @DanCarterJourno Every team apart from about 10 in the world have to sell players, it's just the reality. The biggest difference maker is managing that efficiently, and I cannot say that Jon/Brian have done that as of late.
English

@ryankeepstryin @TheExiledRobin @DanCarterJourno Agreed, though we've got supporters who are upset that we've sold players. When that happens is irrelevant.
English

Think what made that so frustrating today for #BristolCity was that for decent sections of that game, the Robins played some good stuff. 🔴⚪️
Defensive errors and inability to leave a mark at the other end costly.

@ohdontcry @TheExiledRobin @DanCarterJourno Then sell them in the summer when it becomes clear they want out and get proper replacements in. A good team at this level should be dealing with that, making a good profit and getting new faces through the door.
English

@ryankeepstryin @TheExiledRobin @DanCarterJourno And how do you suggest we did that without the result being them leaving? Bare in mind, neither of them wanted to stay.
English

@ohdontcry @TheExiledRobin @DanCarterJourno Not get into that situation in the first place. These things should be dealt with before they become "scenarios". That's what competent decision makers do.
English

@TheExiledRobin @DanCarterJourno And it's the same old question. What would you have liked the club to do with Anis and Zak scenario?
English

@TheExiledRobin @DanCarterJourno I know it'll never happen but the club desperately needs a shake up of the decision makers at the top. If you're going to run a tight ship, you need a damn good strategy to do it, and I just don't think Jon/Brian are capable.
English

@DanCarterJourno Unsurprising result of selling your top scorer and not signing the additional quality striker everyone knew we needed, and then leave yourself with only 3 centre backs when playing 3 at the back
English

@bcfcshags It's just hard to look past the fact that the two people heading the club, Jon and Brian, are both only there because of things that have nothing to do with the ability to run a football club. It's just infuriating.
English

@ryankeepstryin Apparently to Steve Lansdown “Brian asses the way we play” just if people had forgot - one of, if not the worst manager in the clubs history is now running the club.
English

@hawkblogger Do wonder what the plan is in FA, a lot of space to work with in a fairly weak market!
English

Not surprising. He will get what he’s looking for in terms of dollars elsewhere. He will have a hard time finding a place he will enjoy as much as Seattle.
Was always going to take a discount for him to stay.

Rashid Shaheed is said to not be close to an extension with the Seahawks and the expectation is that he now will test the free agent market Monday, per sources.
English

@pafclewis @bcfcbr @bcfcEJ To be fair, 1-0 away after 120 mins to a team bottom of the league below you after the match being rearranged to midweek is pretty different...
English

Every single fan who travelled should have their ticket refunded through the players wages #BristolCity
English

@RobinNestBCFC I just really don't get a back 5 with two defensive mids with your paciest 3 forwards on the bench 😅
Knight is going to have to play world class stuff tonight to get anything
