It’s okay to be frustrated when you put in insane amounts of effort and end up seeing nothing of note lol There’s this weird misconception where people think you can’t be grateful and yet frustrated at the same time.

Check out my Insta360 timelapse of the significant tornado near Oxbow, Saskatchewan yesterday evening. Insane collar cloud ripping just on the U.S. side with brief ground vortices that I caught on handheld video just before the circulation crossed the border and cycled off to the east. Wild storm!

Great chase day yesterday in the northern plains! Started in southeast Saskatchewan and moved towards a storm that formed in far northwest North Dakota. I crossed back into the US as the storm got going and followed it back northeast. As it was getting late towards 8pm the storm started to really wrap up and I shot back north to be greeted with a closed border crossing at Northgate ND. The small ports close between 5-7pm. I ended up throwing up a drone and watching a long lived tornado back on the Canadian side from miles away! #ndwx
