The most stressful part about being back to university is the fact that we don't have time to dive deeper into subjects we study, we are suppose to gasp so much in so little time, this causes so much anxiety and for me it's sad that I don't to enjoy learning for real..

@hey_amandam @tdesseyn I agree, even though I understand that going so many applications is exhausting but just like this time is precious, companies need to consider the amount of efforts and stress a candidate goes through when applying and customizing their resumé for the offer.

@tdesseyn What I wonder about the state of things in hiring is do these 15 rejected engineers know that they aren't necessarily bad candidates, they are just up against so much and it's harder than ever to stand out.
