Cruz declared the operation a “modern Watergate” - but far worse than the original. While Watergate was a break-in at one office, Arctic Frost was a digital sweep of tens of thousands of private communications, bank records, donor lists, toll records, and personal data from hundreds of conservative organizations and individuals.
