Went to buy a teddy for my daughter at Scribbler. Store was playing highly explicit rap repeatedly referring to “f***ing ni**ers.” Shop assistant totally oblivious as didn’t speak a word of English 🤷‍♀️😩

@scribblercards felt so uncomfortable that your soho branch has naked breasts, nipples and penis items on display at the till, where everyone has to look, while several kids stood there. Surely these things are meant to be out of direct view for a semblance of decency?

@pw_deathofmusic @scribblercards Store wasn’t interested. She said contact Head Office. Gave me a receipt for second transaction. There wasn’t one for the 1st as it didn’t register on her till. I did try and press the issue but like I said she wasn’t interested. Be helpful if HO would answer phones and emails.

@scribblercards visited Albert Street, Nottm store on Monday. Till crashed as I swiped my card. She said I hadn’t been charged so redid transaction and told me to swipe again. I’ve now been charged twice. Rang Head Office no one answering. How do I get my money back? Thank you
