If Paul was a straightforward believer in the new covenant, that Jesus Christ’s death was an atonement for sins and that you no longer needed a sin sacrifice, why, when he was accused of teaching false doctrine, did he participate, at the order of James, in a sin sacrifice? Is this taqiyya? Or his actual belief?
