Rory McIlroy commissioned this pencil drawing after last year's Masters Tournament. The artist (@KeeganHall) provided context on Reddit: • Spent 6+ months working on it • Estimates 600-800+ total hours • Worked on it 6-7 days each week • Uses a Pentel Graphgear mechanical pencil Hall says this piece was incredibly challenging because so much detail went into such a small area. For context, the original is smaller than 30x22, so each face in the crowd is essentially a quarter of the size of a fingernail. This is the second piece he has done for Rory.

@jarvschaos Grew up as a sports fan in Tennessee who always wanted a pro team. Before Titans were a thing, talk of Nashville getting a NHL team heated up. My knowledge of the NHL was limited to NHL ‘94 but I went to Preds 1st game and was hooked. 28 years later, still Day 1 season tix holder

@TopDownHockey As a day one Preds season ticket holder and graphic designer, I steongly disagree. The original logo was way too ‘90s and was trying too hard to incorporate colors from every other team in Tennessee. Fewer colors and cleaner design is much better and led to our gold identity.
