Dear @mia_uga, Thank you for the excellent and efficient service. From the day my biometrics were taken, it only took seven days for my passport to be ready for collection. I did not opt for any express service, yet the turnaround time was remarkably fast. This is a clear testament that when systems are well-organized and functioning effectively, citizens can receive services promptly. Great job, and keep up the good work.
