Imma keep repeating important lines, regardless of how sick everyone gets of them. “A cursed fact of the world is that the most important life lessons you learn are the hardest to communicate to others because they always sound like clichés.” — Nabeel Qureshi

You need to be attention-span-maxing. Watch 3 hour talks. Read books for hours at a time. Watch the entire movie, without taking a break. Stare into space losing yourself in thought and imagination. Do not check your phone. The opposite of brain-rot is the will to focus in a culture which wants to pull you every other way.

If you’re not enjoying a book, just close it and move on. I don’t care if it’s a classic or if everyone else loved it. A book literally has one job. It has to be interesting. If it isn’t, don’t feel guilty about not finishing it.

1. Never tell anyone how much you make 2. Get proper sleep (or at least try to do so) 3. Live in a way no one else does (do the opposite) 4. Read every day 5. Learn to communicate 6. Go off the radar for 48 hours 7. Use AI the right way 8. You are one DM away from changing your life 9. Find a stress protocol that works for you 10. Learn how to communicate your emotions (#1 way not to get depressed) 11. Always minimize (less is more) 12. Phone calls > podcasts, audiobooks, and music 13. Change your workspace often (Creativity hack) 14. Spontaneity

Never mock a man who is trying to reset, reform and rebuild his life.

You can only measure how much you want something by what you’re willing to give up to get it. And it turns out, most people want feeling smart, feeling comfortable, and feeling accepted more than winning.

You're a man. Have a clean haircut twice a month. Dress well on every occasion. Smell nice. Talk slow. Smile when necessary. Everyone you meet will respect you.

Great companies fail because they forget about creating great products

When a person becomes wise, the first thing they give up is showing off.
