New paper out today! @JosephTanas used multidimensional analysis (PCA + k-means clustering) to quantify behavior in #Angelman mice. This approach can be used to help evaluate AS therapies preclinically. nature.com/articles/s4139…

New paper! We used the 5CSRTT to assess attention + impulsivity in #Angelman model mice. (Tricky, because these mice also have motor impairments.) @paola_negmo (+@CGuoynes @ddi3p) figured out a clever way to dissociate motor from non-motor phenotypes. frontiersin.org/articles/10.33…

Check out our new paper! We developed a human natural history model of delta activity in Angelman syndrome that could be used for clinical trials. Our approach could detect ASO-mediated improvement in Ube3a expression in Angelman syndrome mice. doi.org/10.1093/brainc…
