After pause squats we have staggered trap bar jump shrugs, each week having velocity goals. This stance helps illuminate some technical proficiencies/deficiencies from a movement profile. Week 1 we aim to pull over 2.0m/s, W2: 1.9m/s and W3: 1.8m/s. (2/3)

W2D1 of our NFL prep training consists of acceleration work on the field: 2x5yd heavy resisted accel (2pt) 2x10yd medium resisted accel (2pt) 2x15yd light resisted accel (2pt) 1x10yd free accel (2pt) 2x15yd free accel (3pt) Plyos, medball throws, and then weight room (1/3)

QB EPA as a team stat: Looking into EPA/play of 1st v 2nd string QB's across the NFL. Broncos with the highest positive differential, Saints with lowest neg.

It's a mess but here are some of the 2020 Draft QB's in their first 100 passing attempts this season (Huntley udfa). Considering the others had a year under their belt, cool to see Huntley making up ground

After the last two weeks performances Tyler Huntley will be in talks with teams needing a QB next year

Two very different styles of O. Hardman/Williams/Hill catch a ton of passes behind LOS while the Chargers use ~40% fewer passes behind LOS and converting only 26% of these compared to 57% for 1st downs
