Everyday is easy. When I’m up and green I look at my account I exit the trade and I don’t even look back. I look more forward to the next day. I tried $spy and $SPX when I’m bored. But my main trades I’m done in 30mins after open. 20% is life changing. You just gotta get past the mental block of it’s not a lot but when you do it consistent you can go from $500-$5k in minimum 13 trades. It gets to a point when you actually start with $5k you get to 25k in 4-7trading days. I practice what I preach because I know it’s effective. Average Holding Period: Generally, holding periods should be under 31 days to distinguish from investing.
