@prettyshse those calories are including the weight of the peel. if you don't eat the peel then you can subtract it's weights worth of cals from your overall count

starving heart rate paired with binge heart rate = standing up puts me in the 160s. okay! calm the fuck down!

Is every single person have some sort of mental illness about American bread? Here is a “sourdough” loaf, baked and sold AT WALMART. It has ZERO grams of added sugar, less than may French baguettes in France…

I associate the sweat with being over heated which I associate with being overweight so it makes me feel fat (true as it is :() but it's like. its caused by me being in a prolonged deficit lol! so! I'm actually soooo skinny (untrue as it is :()

tracking food is fascinating to me because some days I hit 1000 cals and I've had literally one thing and some days I'm at 600 and I've had ten things... such variety...

971 cals today! apple cinnamon toast (buttered), latte, dutch apple pie pretzels, strawberry creme filled cones, cheese sandwich, protein drink, spicy (konjac) noodles with corn, protein donut, strawberry rice krispie thing.

and basically everything does have some nutritional value and it is important to try and not forget that! yes you need carbs but also! hamburgers have protein! there's protein in that patty! and so does mac and cheese! cheese, milk, butter, there's protein there!!

mentioned and if she literally doesn't eat anythig besides those three thigns she should probably get some more veg in her system! and that is a very high carb diet, and there can be probelms with eating too much carbs and not enough other things. but foods are not innately bad

everyone is being mean and unreasonable which makes sense. you are disordered. so its. fine. its fine. you can be scared of this you do not have to eat it or like it. thats fine. but seeing everyone say this is horribly the most horrible thing ever is sending me up the wall
