@snapwireless with the new iPhone 12 will we need a snap case or magnet ring anymore with the snap car charger? Will the new inbuilt magnets hold the phone itself fine?

@snapwireless Great, thank you. Fingers crossed. Love my snap case but sometimes nice to mix it up and not have to worry about having a circle magnet inside the case.

Order no. 2238UK. I was lead to believe it was a 48hr Royal Mail delivery. No reply to emails sent!!

@ploberman @snapwireless Well thanks for the reply finally but funnily enough, there is no message option for your account. I get it about black friday but this feels more like a scam than anything else and if not, just a very poorly managed company.

@snapwireless - same for me. No updates since order confirmed on 28th Nov. No product received. No replies to emails sent. No response to Facebook comments posted. If you’re having issues, then be upfront about it, or is it just a scam? Don’t leave us in the dark!
