@Ahully1 @heymrsbond Yeah, it’s really intense. I think of it every time there’s a long stretch of rainy days. Mainly it’s the *longing* that gets to me. Also realize now I gave away the plot twist, oops 🤷🏻‍♀️

Monthly reminder: It’s okay to buy more books. It’s okay to get more books from the library. It’s okay to buy books you won’t read for years. It’s okay to pile books everywhere. It’s okay to get different editions of the same book. Books are awesome. Do whatever makes you happy.

@agracefulgrin Went on a date once where the guy asked no questions so I was left to try to keep the convo going and at one point he said it seemed like an interview and I guess my mistake was just not talking endlessly about myself 🤷🏻‍♀️

One of the most common pieces of conversational ettiquette when getting to know someone is to ask them a question. And yet…is seems like a skill so many are sorely lacking. I was legit taught to do this growing up. Good conversationalists are rare these days. It’s sad.
