Last night was ok. After finishing all my errands & whatnot, started driving back home & felt impending doom. Literally felt sick trying to open the door. Couldn't go in

Worst morning in my entire life. Felt like I was about to die. Went to local diner. Older black waitress looked worried about me. Eventually just straight up asked me if I was hungover. I said yes. She said it's okay & gave me extra free coffee. I tipped 30%. I feel better now.
