@koibi3 my frost dates are apparently equivalent to parts of hokkaido (lol), and we're in the "plant frost-tolerant veggies outside" period with less-frost-tolerant transplants happening in a month, so you're probably well in the clear for planting kale, radish, lettuce, carrots, etc

@koibi3 if the plants haven't shown signs of life yet, they're probably either Dead or they'll resprout from the ground so it's ok to clear the dead parts! i use a us site that gives you planting dates based on your local first/last frost dates, maybe there's something similar there?
