Started evaluating food as palatable or not. If extremely palatable: don’t eat or with moderation. Already seeing positive results in my body composition.

@morganjingram Maybe you’re experiencing sports fatigue (especially if you were following all 3 sports). That’s why I stick with NFL, a bit of college football, and NBA only when it’s playoff time. The stakes aren’t high enough when seasons are 82 games long and stars sit.

The NBA is whack now. The UFC is losing its aura. NFL is boring. Unless I’m watching it live feels like most sports are going downhill.
