مبدئيًا الشب انتهى مستقبله في أمريكا قبل ما يبدأ، إلا لو كان بعرف ناس كثير قويين هناك، أو يقدم على تخصصات ممكن تتسامح مع الرسوب في الامتحان. حتى بعد هيك المستشفيات الي ممكن تقبله عددها محدود. الرسوب المتكرر في امتحان الستيب يعطي مؤشر سيء جدًا عن الطبيب، قدراته وعلمه وتحمله.

These are Internal Medicine programs in major metropolitan cities, places where a large proportion of US MD and DO graduates simply do not apply by choice. The same pattern exists across community hospitals in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Chicago, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. In Baptist Hospitals of Southeast across PGY1 to PGY3, there are about 39 residents, only 5 are US MD or DO graduates. That means 34 out of 39, nearly 87 percent, are IMGs, not just from Pakistan, but from India, Egypt, Latin America, and beyond. Before the narrative gets twisted any further, here’s another fact that needs to be crystal clear: The Residency Program Director and the DIO at Baptist Hospitals are Caucasian physicians, not Pakistani, not Indian. So the idea that any one group is “controlling” or influencing selections is simply false. This is a structured, regulated, merit based system, not a nationality driven process. Another example, Lincoln Medical Center in Bronx. The incoming PGY1 class has 0 out of 37 US graduates. Zero. Not because they were excluded, but because they did not apply or rank these programs. This is not “replacement.” This is filling a gap. So please stop pushing an anti immigrant, and specifically anti Pakistan agenda. If IMGs were removed, many of these hospitals would struggle to function, and patient care would suffer. And let’s be clear, countries like Pakistan, India, and Caribbean medical schools produce the highest number of IMGs entering the US system.
