Meanwhile Moderna just paid Roivant $2.25 BILLION to settle a separate mRNA patent lawsuit. BioNTech is suing Moderna. GSK is suing Moderna. Everyone is suing everyone. The patent fights alone are going to cost these companies tens of billions of dollars. If Bayer is right, then every single "safety study" that was rushed through in 2020 was looking at the wrong thing. They were testing a vaccine. They were not testing an agricultural genetic modification platform being used in humans for the first time. I have been saying this since 2021. The same institutions that LIED to you about Iraq having WMDs, about the 2008 bailouts being a "one time thing", about inflation being transitory, about Epstein killing himself, those are the SAME institutions that told you to take a shot based on two months of trial data. If you still trust them after THIS one, I genuinely do not know what to tell you. Wake up. Get healthy. Get off their food. Get off their media. Get off their system.

Soy driving deforestation in Brazil at a scale that dwarfs British cattle farming. Beef on British marginal land grows on hills that cannot grow crops. Sequesters carbon. In every case: the traditional animal product was nutritionally superior, environmentally lighter, and cheaper to produce. In every case: the ethical replacement was industrially complex, petrochemically dependent, and worse for the body using it. The ethics were the marketing.

The kitchen where she made you breakfast. The doorframe where she marked your height every birthday. Gone. To pay a tax on money that was never real. Now picture the opposite. Your dad put everything into his small business. For 20 years he built it from nothing. One year the business is "valued" at $2 million on paper. He owes a massive tax bill. He empties his savings. Sells his truck. Borrows money. Pays it. Next year the market crashes. His business is worth $200,000. He lost everything to pay a tax on a number that doesn't exist anymore. Does the government give him his money back? No. Does the government give him his truck back? No. Does the government care? No. They sold this idea as "taxing billionaires." But billionaires have armies of lawyers, offshore accounts, and trusts. They'll be fine. You know who won't be fine? Your mom. Your dad. Your neighbor with a small business. The farmer down the road who's had the same land for four generations and now has to sell it because dirt got expensive. You're not taxing wealth. You're taxing people for owning things. It's like getting a parking ticket for a car you might drive somewhere someday. They want you to own nothing and be happy. To fund the fraud, waste and abuse of the welfare state they created. There is enough money. More tax isn't needed. It's all a lie. But you've been gaslit into believing this is a rich vs poor debate. I hope you understand what's at stake.

My current thoughts on tariffs: - China and US locking horns is the main show - Increasing 10-year yield likely pushes Fed closer to acting in emergency fashion - The 10-year likely going up through manipulation and China tries to exert pain on US through dumping treasuries - Other countries coming to the table to negotiate. Expect trade deals announced within 1 week or so. - Wall Street starting to settle into the idea that tariffs will be part of the new normal - Good companies likely to do very well in future — this is all noise in long run - Tariff rates will come down from announced levels closer to 5-10% in steady state Keep your head on a swivel. Rough seas out there for a little longer. Those who don’t panic will do best.

FWIW I still have a lot of my baseball cards. I was obsessed with them, saved them thinking they'd be worth a lot. They weren't. I did once sell a Cal Ripken Jr rookie card for $80 in college and that paid for a huge party we had. I also took some and made an homage to the 86 All Star game which I attended with my dad.
