@sumit_218 There is a company from south India which most people don't know about it's like the toyota of fans I have purchased there fans in 2018(BLDC) running great till date 56inch(1400mm) models taking only 35 Watts. superfan.in

@prasadcnavale Yes as of now they have replaced the plastic part with new one. Now eventually will shift to all metal BLDC fans.

@sumit_218 Plastic can break. Better to change it with all metal bldc fan.

@TurbulentHead First of all only that portion is plastic and I also don’t know about the same. At the time of plastic part replacement seen 4 screws are there, though don’t knew the exact reason. As per technician plastic part can broke.

@sumit_218 What else can you expect from a plastic fan? The housing is looking like it is attached to a single bolt in the middle. I am sure due to vibrations in the fan this likely broke off without any indication.

@sanjsh Yes, I have also seen it first time. Old 40-50 years fans are working fine in our house without any issue.

@gadgetsbyRS Yes they have responded very positively and by 6pm evening part was replaced free of cost. Now everything is fine.

@AnomalistG Yes stay on the top floor, but weather is not so hot and last 2-3 days pleasant weather due to raining.

@sumit_218 Sorry to hear that. Was it unusually hot outside when it happened? Do you stay on the top floor?

@Kuldeep96207923 Yes Quality issue of the plastic casing part. It cracked on heating.

@Rajeevksbisen 4 year old Kid is there in home but there was nothing done by the kid. Due to hearing issue the plastic part was broken, as per technician plastic part can be broken.

@Jihngu_chaiwala Here there is no issue on Fan, fan is working perfectly fine. Only the plastic casing part was cracked, they have replaced the same within 6 hours and its perfectly fine now. Mostly a rare case.

@sumit_218 just buy a normal fan.. 0 issues in 25+ years!! bldc & all other BS is just another money making scheme!!!

@sahildotxzz Its the full Inside portion of the BLDC fan, infact no technical issue only the plastic casing part cracked, technician have replaced the same free of cost.

@sunilc65 Yes its a rare case and yes all is well. The casing is plastic and service person also told me the same thing. Best part issue is resolved free of cost and part is replaced within 6 hours of complaint.

@HarryDev454046 Without reading the tweet you randomly shouting foul ! The part indeed cracked and fault is there thats why I have raised the issue and it got resolved by them by free . For your Info : Fan was not fell down from ceiling only the plastic part cracked and I have mentioned that.

@sumit_218 The fan fell down and you want replacement that's why you're doing this cheap mentality. I have been using atomberg for 3 years now no issues learn to take care of your furniture and electronics.

@SwapnilNakate9 Yes within 6 hours @AtombergCares replace the part free of cost. Good service experience.

@MrNmid The technician told that due to heat it breaks as its plastic part and can broke, best to buy full metallic fans only.

@sumit_218 No. why did the fan break? They just replaced your fan to close this issue, as your post got traction. Did they say what happened?
